1. Terms of Service

By booking a service with T&K Cleaning Solutions, you agree to the following terms:

  • Our team will arrive within the scheduled window. If access is not provided, the appointment may be canceled, and a fee may apply.
  • Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed. We accept Cash, Novo, PayPal, Cash App, Venmo.
  • Clients are responsible for securing valuables before the cleaning appointment.
  • We reserve the right to refuse service for safety, hygiene, or hazardous conditions.

2. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

  • Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee of $25.
  • If we arrive and cannot access the property, the full-service fee will be charged.

3. Satisfaction Guarantee

  • We AIM TO PLEASE
  • NO refunds are offered after services are completed.
    • Please do a walkthrough before we leave, if anything needs fixed, we will fix it immediately.

4. Privacy Policy

  • We collect client information solely for scheduling and service-related communication.
  • Personal data will not be shared or sold to third parties.
  • Secure payment processing is used for all transactions.

5. Liability & Damages

  • Our cleaners exercise care when handling your belongings. If accidental damage occurs, please notify us within 24 hours.
  • We are not liable for pre-existing damages or wear and tear.
  • T&K Cleaning Solutions is insured for liability, but claims will be reviewed case by case.

6. Health & Safety

  • For the safety of our staff, we do not clean biohazardous materials, mold, or infestations.
  • We do not clean up or dispose of any animal feces or vomit.
  • Furniture over 50lbs must be moved before our team arrives.
  • Please inform us of any allergies or sensitivities to cleaning products beforehand.
  • Pets should be secured during the cleaning appointment please.
